About BrandgeniQ
BrandgeniQ is a brand creation studio operated by EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland that also runs product brands of its own.
Who we are
BrandgeniQ builds product brands for other companies, from the first business case to the launch plan. Behind it stands EnjoyGroup Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited company. Your contract is with this company and falls under Polish law.
We came to this work from the owner’s side. Our group sells its own brands in mascots, souvenirs, pet products, devotional goods, hotel supplies and plush toys, so we have paid for packaging, dealt with supplier problems and read advertising results with our own money. Those brands are young, and we do not offer them as proof of what yours will sell.
Our own practice lies in plush and souvenirs, and in other categories we use selected contract manufacturers. Trademark and regulatory opinions come from licensed attorneys and specialists. See how we work and how we charge.

How we work
You own the result
Name, files, specifications and trademark rights belong to you. If you leave, your brand comes with you.
Every stage can be the last
Each stage ends with a decision, and you may stop there, paying only for what was completed.
Evidence before spending
We check price, margin and rules before the expensive steps, even when the conclusion disappoints.
We say when not to do it
If the numbers do not work or another route would suit you better, you will hear that from us.
Costs in the open
Our fee is kept apart from factories, laboratories, attorneys, freight and advertising.
No promises we cannot keep
We do not promise sales, trademark registration or a clean inspection, and legal questions go to licensed professionals.
