Private label · own brand · turnkey
Your own product brand, built turnkey: from idea to shelf
Strategy, name, range, factory, packaging, compliance and launch plan under one contract, for any market you sell in. We do this for clients, and we run product brands of our own.
- One accountable team instead of six contractors
- A decision to continue or stop after every stage
- You own the brand, the rights and the specifications
Seven stages of a product brand
Each stage ends with a result you own and a decision to continue or stop. Order the full chain or only the part you lack.
- 1Brand strategyMarket, buyer, positioning, price tier and a go/no-go business case.
- 2NamingNames screened by language, domain and trademark.
- 3Identity & packagingLogo, packaging system and print-ready, legally complete labels.
- 4AssortmentRange matrix, price ladder and launch waves by channel.
- 5ManufacturingFactory search, audit, samples, MOQ, quality control and logistics.
- 6Compliance & trademarkMarket rules, testing, labelling and a trademark filing plan.
- 7Launch & promotionChannel order, budget and KPIs for the first 12 months.
Why most new brands lose money before the first sale
The failures are predictable, and almost none of them come from a bad logo.
Stock before evidence
A container arrives before anyone tested whether the price, the product and the channel fit together.
Margin that existed only in a spreadsheet
Channel fees, returns, freight and promotions were left out, so a healthy margin turns out to be a thin one.
Rules found too late
Labels printed without mandatory content, no responsible person, no tests: goods get stuck or must be relabelled.
A name nobody can own
The name fails a trademark search after the packaging has been printed, or it means something awkward abroad.
A factory that holds all the cards
The tooling, the formula or the design belong to the supplier, so the brand cannot change producer.
Too many products at once
Budget spread over dozens of SKUs leaves too little for the few that could carry the brand.

Frequently asked questions
What does turnkey brand creation include?
Strategy, naming, visual identity and packaging, assortment planning, factory selection and production, compliance and trademark filing, and a launch plan. You can order all of it or only the stages you lack.
What is the minimum order for a private label product?
It depends heavily on the category and the packaging. As a working guide a first order is usually 300–1 000 units per product; printed packaging and tooling often set the real minimum.
How long does it take to create a brand?
Usually 6–12 months from brief to first sales. Regulated categories such as cosmetics, supplements, food and children’s products can take longer because of testing and notification.
Who owns the brand?
You do. The contract assigns the name, design and specifications to you, and trademarks are filed in your name through licensed attorneys.
Do you guarantee sales?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We work to reduce avoidable risk and give you a plan and numbers you can check; market results depend on many factors we cannot control.
Do you work with any country?
We work worldwide, subject to sanctions and export restrictions. We do not take projects involving sanctioned markets or parties.
